I'll admit I am a dork and I like logging into my school stuff online and seeing the numbers of financial aid/scholarship money I am getting. "Oh what pretty free little moneys you are" I say. Well, today another $4,000 of those pretty little moneys showed up. HUH? WHAT? It said "Work Study" next to it. Now I am eagerly waiting the letter about all this potential money, and the exact details of the work study. One of the reasons I am not working currently is because employers don't like to work around school schedules and also because with sharing one car its hard to get anywhere! I would like to know what work this work study entails, figure out how I can get there (I am a public-bus-aphobe), if I REALLY need the money that badly since the other aid should cover most of everything, etc. Decisions decisions and waiting waiting.
My Psych class is 100% over and I finished 2.5 weeks early. This means I was eligible for some "early finish extra credit". I already had a solid A so my teacher wouldn't let me do any extra credit. Waste of time for me, waste of time for her to grade it. Psha, we're here to learn... any A can become a STRONGER A, right? Well, either way I have an A. This means one class down and 3 to go...and sadly these other three do not have finish early options so I just get to wait it out. I'm hoping for all As, a 4.0 this semester!
